The exhibition Rent-a-bench took place on rented commercial bus benches in different neighbourhoods of Los Angeles during the months of December 2002 and January 2003. Each artist was invited to make a poster (2 x 7 feet), and their works were installed at bus-stop benches throughout the greater Los Angeles County.
